This listing pays for all costs associated with getting any Larry Welz item signed and CGC SS signature series graded.  This includes Larry's signature fee, grading fee and all additional shipping and related costs.  You an purchase this listing with any Larry Welz item and it'll get done at NYCC and submitted for grading.  This will take 6 - 8 so items should be coming back in early December.   Message me with questions.
